  I appreciate the hands-on support, knowing that I'm getting a good deal. Any problem, no matter how small gets done fast and well. The office manager, Janet Romeo is amazing. I know that when she gives ma a quote, it' a great deal. On several occasions, she's reached out with suggestions on saving me money. This is why I use an independent agent.
